ABOUT THE LIBRARY
The Presbyterian University College has four(4) campuses, namely Okwahu Campus in Abetifi, Tema Campus at Tema, Akuapem Campus in Akropong and Asante Akyem Campus in Agogo. Each of these campuses has its own library.
There are approximately 18,000 volumes to support research, teaching and learning goals of faculty, staff and students.
The library is a member of the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Ghana(CARLIGH) and has access to over 19,000 e-journals and databases.
All materials kept in the library are available for loan except reference books, reserve books and Journals which are retained so that they are always available for reference in the library by readers.
Services provided by the library include internet searches, reference service, photocopying and interlibrary loans among CARLIGH members. Computer workstations are available for access to electronic resources. Materials available in the library can be searched for in LibrarySoft. The library's Accessions Bulletin is issued quarterly to keep readers informed of new additions to the stock. Library orientation is conducted for fresh students at the beginning of every academic year.
